I will work with you at a pace that suits you, to ensure that by the end of the day you feel really clear and confident about the best way forward for you. This really is a perfect emotional break.

- All your questions answered about your partners depression and what to expect, and its impact on you personally. Everyone has their own unique experience of this, and I will listen to you, and provide you with the best information that I possibly can.
- Strategies that are the most effective for you personally that will enable you to stay strong, to look after your own emotional health and wellbeing.
- Plenty of time to practice a powerful method that I have created to help you to adjust to the changes that you are experiencing in your relationship. Being able to use this effortlessly will give you great confidence in your ability to be Ok with whatever happens next.
- Very clear advice on how you can best help, and communicate with your partner
- Tools to help you to make the best decisions along the way.

- An entire day of exclusive coaching from me.

Further telephone coaching and support can be arranged after your PerfectBreak if you would like it. We can discuss this on, or after the day.Why not extend your break and stay the night? If you'd like to do this, overnight accommodation including dinner can usually be arranged at the hotel at a reduced rate.
