MiniBreaks: afternoon workshops in Central London
Wouldn't it be useful to get as much information and help as you can in a short space of time?
MiniBreaks are a quick and efficient way to do this.
This is for you if your time is limited and you are happy to work intensively in a very small group for one afternoon.
In that time, the questions that trouble you will be answered, your innermost concerns and fears about your partner's depression will be addressed, and you will learn techniques to help you to stay strong.
Here's what you'll get:
- A good understanding of your partner's depression, what to expect, and how this impacts on you and those you love.
- Clear advice on how you can best help him or her
- Tips on how to communicate with your partner whilst he or she is depressed
- The confidence to take care of your own needs and look after your own emotional wellbeing
- Great ways to help you to stay strong, and adjust to the changes you are experiencing, so that you can be OK with whatever happens next.
MiniBreaks are a great way to get as much help, information and advice as possible in a short space of time. We'll meet at 2.00pm and work through until 5.30pm.
