DayBreaks: inspiring workshops in beautiful Dorset.
Wouldn't it be great to get away for a day, and to take some time for yourself, whilst getting some expert help, support and advice?
Imagine spending a whole day in a beautiful hotel, being looked after and treated with the utmost respect and understanding.
Wouldn't it be delightful to be served light refreshments and relax over a delicious lunch? And to address the things that concern you most about your partner's depression - your worries and fears, and hopes for the future?
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have the opportunity to try out some powerful yet simple techniques that will help you to stay strong?
DayBreak workshops offer you exactly that. These workshops are for you if you feel stuck, or overwhelmed, or tired and emotional, or fed-up with dealing with your partner's depression, and would like to get some help, and get away for a day.
Here's what you'll get:
- To meet with others who are going through a similar experience to yourself. This is a purposefully very small and intimate group, so that you get the most from your DayBreak time.
- A fresh perspective on your situation, which will help you to stay positive and to adjust to the changes you are experiencing in your relationship.
- A sound understanding of your partner's depression, and what to expect.
- A chance to explore how his or her behaviour is impacting on you and on those you love.
- Clear advice on how you can best help him or her
- Tips on how to communicate with your partner whilst he or she is depressed
- Techniques to use to help sustain your own mental and emotional health and well being, and to enable you to stay strong
- A powerful method to help you to adjust to the changes you are experiencing, so that you can be OK with whatever happens next.
You'll be well looked after, and then - when you leave, you'll feel relaxed, refreshed, clear, confident and well-prepared so that you can be OK with whatever happens next.
I promise - you will be amazed at the difference a day's break makes!
